It's a little snowy in Ennis this morning, but that's okay....WE NEED THE MOISTURE! We have been working on some new listings, and talking to the other Realtors in town. I think that everyone is cautiously optimistic about real estate in the Madison Valley. Although our inventory is high, Interest rates are low and general inquiries are up.
Here in the town of Ennis, many folks can qualify for a Rural Development Loan. Anyone who is interested can contact me at 406-581-5574, and I can refer them to a lender who can let them know their best options.
We are still in a Buyers Market, so if you are looking, check my website www.EnnisMontanaRealEstate.com or give me a call or come by the office.....Just tie up your horses and stay awhile...we are right across the street from the Long Branch Saloon (where you can find the best steak in Montana!)

Meet Elbie...one of our Yellow Labs....What a hoot!

Well, that video is Elbie who is howling because he got left behind.  Bill sometimes exercises them one at a time, and when Elbie is left home, he doesn't like it one little bit.  He's got quite a set of lungs.
If you'd like to meet our little rock star in person, stop in at theClearwater Montana Properties Real Estate Office.  He's usually there with his brother Rio keeping Bill and Quinn company.  (Their nicknames are Frank and Stein :-)

No real estate blogging today....just havin fun.
