meet Bill and Quinn about three years ago and told them that when the time was
right we thought that we wanted to buy a home in the Madison Valley.
Bill was more than happy to show us around the area and give us a feel for what
was available at the time and discussed values of property with us in a very
honest manner. We were not ready to act on anything and Bill said not to worry
and that he would keep in touch, let us know of new listings and changes in
existing listings. The following summer, he graciously showed us more
properties but never pushed us to make any offer’s at all. We still were not
