The lively cowboy town of Ennis, Montana has a population of about 840 and is one of Montana’s best loved small towns. Along with numerous tackle shops and trendy stores, Ennis has lots of galleries and antique shops that host art walks throughout the year. It offers outstanding restaurants, a new library, fishing, a new school, a great supermarket, a golf course, fishing, a new hospital, emergency helicopter services to larger medical facilities, a new bowling alley, fishing, a new distillery, a movie theater, and a variety of fishing and hunting outfitter shops, which offer guide services...oh, did I mention FISHING?

Just about six miles south of Ennis MT is a small airport which has a lighted 6600 ft runway and jet fuel. Continue further south to find Quake Lake, Hebgen Lake, and Yellowstone National Park.
